“Absolutely amazing wedding! We couldn’t have been happier with everything. We were a little worried that things wouldn’t be right or the way we wanted, but let me tell you, it was perfect and better than expected!
The food was out of this world! At first, I thought the food would be average at best, like at most weddings, but it was mouth-watering and everyone was raving about it. From start to finish, the Melati Resort crew had it covered and made our special day one we will never forget.
A huge thanks to Hannah who organized our wedding and went above and beyond our expectations!

The makeup artist and hairstylist did an incredible job, and our two hours with the photographer captured stunning results. The crowning moment of the day was the dinner on the beach! Without a doubt, we would choose Samui Dream Weddings again in a heartbeat.

Hannah was on hand to answer all my questions, we were guided with all of the aspects of planning and put in touch with some great vendors. On the day Hannah was with us every step of the way, she ensured that everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah’s team created a stunning ceremony and a beautiful reception table to my specific requirements. It was everything I had ever imagined. The food was amazing, and many of our guests commented on how nice it was. Also, a special thanks to June for quickly acquiring super glue and fixing a button back onto my dress moments before walking down the aisle!

“On the 3rd of February we had our special day at Melati, Hannah our wedding planner was amazing! She organized everything, answered all questions, and helped us with planning our dream day, she made it completely stress-free and made the wedding planning a fun experience.
Our wedding day ran so smoothly and the ceremony and reception decor was stunning! what I had asked her to do, she and her team at Melati did even better.
From the ceremony up to the reception, everything was perfect! The food and beverages were delicious.
Our guests were so impressed with our wedding and had lots of fun! words cannot describe how beautiful and special our day was, and we cannot thank Hannah and her team at Melati enough for giving us the best start to married life.

We couldn’t have had these memories without you, Hannah. There are not enough ways for us to say how grateful we are. Your support and communication made us feel so comfortable we never had any doubts about relying on you to organize our wedding. It was better than anything we could have ever imagined or done on our own, and it’s all due to your hard work and dedication! You made us feel as if you were organizing your own friend’s wedding! We never would have had these memories that we know will last us a lifetime, if it wasn’t for you.
Everyone else always had a smile, especially the people at the food and beverage team like Nick, Chef Alexis, Matt, Bento, Dream, James, Bond, and Baw. Their willingness to help us and our guests was exceptional, especially when they looked after our elderly grandmother. Service was above and beyond, and it’s the same kindness we experienced 6 years ago that made us want to come back and have our wedding at Melati.
We know the housekeeping, gardeners, and engineers were also very busy building some wedding things for us last minute, yet nothing was too hard or a hassle, even when they had pabuk to contend with.
Jo and her hair and make-up team, as well as Anne Sophie and her team, are 100% recommended, they made us feel so comfortable and we’re able to put our trust in their products.
We thank all of you, from all our guests also. They had the best time during our wedding at Melati!

“Trying to organize a wedding in a different country was a scary prospect, but Hannah took care of every single detail with such professionalism that we needn’t have worried. Nothing was too much trouble and even when there were some last-minute changes, they were accepted with no issues at all. Hannah and the team did a fantastic job and gave us that personal care & attention. Amazing service and cannot recommend highly enough. Also a big shout out to Rev Rambo. Great guy who put us at ease and brought a sense of fun to the ceremony!”

“Hannah and her amazing team at Melati Beach Resort and Spa went above and beyond to make our special day more than we ever could have dreamed of. We always knew we wanted to get married somewhere as beautiful as Koh Samui, but planning a wedding abroad was daunting. The photos of the resort made us fall in love with it right away, and to find such an incredible wedding team was a dream come true!
Hannah made everything so easy for us and took all the worry and stress away. The communication between us was brilliant, and she was always there to answer any questions we had. Hannah was attentive to all of our needs and a pleasure to work with. We had a wedding party of 50 people and stayed at the resort for 2 weeks. Hannah and the team were there for us from the moment we arrived until we left. All of our guests said they couldn’t have been happier with the service and that it was the best holiday they had ever been on.
The wedding day itself was perfect! The flowers were stunning, and the food was outstanding. Hannah did an amazing job, and her attention to detail was incredible. Thank you so much to Hannah and her team for creating the wedding of our dreams!”

From the very beginning Hannah (even though halfway around the world) was quick at replying to emails, answering any questions, and suggesting options for our reception. When we arrived at Melati Resort the staff made us feel very welcome. The location of the resort is perfect, not far from the Big Buddha but also secluded, which is what we wanted for our wedding. The food was sensational and the BBQ Buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had! The rooms were also beautiful. We can’t imagine another resort more perfect than this one to get married at. I’m sure we’ll be back one day.

Paul Rambo held a wonderful personal ceremony in which he included our children! It made it all the more special! Khun Danai managed to capture the magic of the day and we have the most wonderful photos to look back on for years to come. A special mention to June, who my daughter absolutely adores and still speaks about 6 weeks after returning to the UK. A huge thank you from the Palmer family for such an unforgettable day!”

Darrel & I got married on 11th November 2016 at Melati Beach Resort & Spa – and everything was perfect. Hannah was so wonderful in helping out and going the extra mile in setting up, all our guests loved the day. We had umbrellas at the ceremony to help block the scorching heat then followed by our cocktails by the beach. It was amazing!
Thank you also to our celebrant Paul Rambo who made a special moment that everyone loved – when Darrel & I were asked to just embrace each other. Thank you to everyone – all the team who helped in setting up & making our stay at Melati special. You guys are wonderful! Pablo, June, Ai, Norbert, all the staff at The View, The Spa staff, Patrick & Jo, the cleaners, etc. you guys are 5 stars!!!”

“Hannah and team organized the most amazing wedding for us at Melati Resort. I was a bit hesitant to organize an overseas wedding however Hannah was so patient, understanding, and accommodating of my many requests.
We have been spoiled from the time we arrived! The hair and makeup team were professional and used great products. The ceremony setup was stunning- so many flowers!!! Our reception setup was beyond beautiful. Looked so good!! The food for the wedding was sensational (everyone raves about it) and one of our vendors commented it was the best food he has had at a wedding! Thanks again Hannah and team for making our wedding the best day of our lives.”

Drew and I would like to say thank you! Thank you for everything you and the staff at Melati did to make our wedding truly memorable. From the moment we sent off our first inquiry, everything was professional, easy, and spot on. It was nothing but a pleasure working with you and the team. You gave us confidence that everything will be looked after, and for that it was!
When the day arrived, we were gobsmacked with how pretty everything looked…. the flowers were just gorgeous!!! And everywhere as well!!! The little details the resort went it too such as the carved watermelon and the flowers back in the room were amazing. Those little touches are things we will remember forever. We were also extremely happy with our celebrant – can you please pass on my thanks to Gavin? I didn’t get much of a chance to talk to him after the ceremony. I have the photographer’s contact card so I will be able to get in contact with him myself (he also was amazing). Please also thank DJ Dee for us the music was awesome (as you could tell from the amount of dancing that went on!).
We received nothing but compliments from all our friends who attended everyone had such an amazing time. And even though the storm made us move inside, you and your team made that transition easy. We loved the couches on the deck outside another great little extra that I wasn’t expecting. And the food was fantastic!!!!! Please thank the chef and meal staff – every single guest commented on how amazing the food was and that it was quite possibly the best steak they had eaten.
Again, we can’t thank you enough for allowing us to celebrate our wedding in such a gorgeous spot, and hassle-free. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.”

“We recently got married at Chaweng Regent Beach in Koh Samui! And what an amazing time we had! The organization from start to finish was fab! We just emailed from NZ and turned up a year and a half later and everything was exactly what we had hoped for and more. On our first personal meeting with Hannah in Koh Samui all our little doubts we may have had in the previous year were soon distinguished. In just a short meeting a few days before the wedding day with Hannah and our celebrant Gavin Marsh we became very relaxed about the whole occasion with their friendly and very professional approach to how the day should go! Every single one of my 80 guests that attended said it was by the far best wedding they have been to! We could not find a flaw with the food menu that we chose either. All amazing! A massive thank you to Hannah our wedding planner for keeping everything calm on the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She always had a plan B and went above and beyond for our every need! Our videographer noot and photographer Khun Toa did an amazing job and made me feel like a princess on our day! Our celebrant Paul Rambo did very well and made our special ceremony suit us and our relationship to a tee.

“My husband and I recently got married at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort. Initially, we dealt with Creative Events Asia for the legal side, and then we chose this venue because the photos looked amazing and the hotel reviews were great.
I am so glad we chose this venue – from the minute we were in contact with Hannah (Resort Wedding Planner), she was so helpful. Always gave us quick responses and answered all our questions, putting our minds at ease. It is quite daunting organising a wedding from another country, especially when you have never been to the resort or met the people. I can honestly say that Hannah took all the stress out of our planning – she is great at her job and knew exactly what we wanted and no detail was too much.
The wedding day ran so smoothly and all the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough. The set-up was absolutely beautiful from the ceremony to evening dining, there was security to ensure our day wasn’t interrupted by passers-by – which made it so private and special. We opted for a buffet meal and there was plenty to go around, the food was delicious and I liked that they kept the food out late so people could go back for more when they wanted. We both had an amazing day and it was above and beyond all of our expectations – all our guests loved the day as well.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and it is stunning, the rooms, pool areas, and beach are immaculate. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurants is also great.
To anyone planning a Thailand wedding, I would recommend this venue. To all looking for a relaxing holiday this hotel is perfect.
